"Most nurses can name their hospital's mission statement. Almost none can name a single provision of the Code of Ethics. That gap is where patients get hurt — and nurses get silenced."

THESE RESOURCES ARE BUILT FOR YOU
These four resources were built by a nurse who lived it — investigated, reported, taken to a federal hearing, and still standing. You are exactly who this is for.
🩺
THE BEDSIDE NURSE
Who sees things that shouldn't be happening and doesn't know what the Code actually says she's required to do about them.
📋
THE CHARGE NURSE
Who is responsible for the safety of a team and patients in staffing conditions she never agreed to and can't fix alone.
🔔
THE WHISTLEBLOWER
Who already spoke up, already paid a price, and needs to understand what the Code actually protected — and what comes next.
💔
THE MORALLY INJURED
Who is still carrying the weight of doing the right thing in a system that punished it — and needs to know it wasn't in vain.
📖
THE STUDENT NURSE
Who hasn't yet been handed the Code and told it's the most important document of her career — and needs to know before she needs it.
✝️
THE NURSE OF FAITH
Who knows that her calling is more than a career — and needs a framework that honors both the Code and the convictions she carries to every shift.

✦ Founder, Righteous RN LLC
In 2021, Jodi O'Malley was working as a float pool nurse — covering the ICU, ER, and serving as house supervisor at a federal hospital in Phoenix, Arizona serving Native Americans — when she made a decision in the moment that changed everything.
She recorded what she witnessed on her cellphone, carried in her scrub pocket, and released it publicly. What followed was a 15-month investigation, 18 board complaints, a federal MSPB hearing, and an ongoing lawsuit.
She was cleared by the Arizona State Board of Nursing after a formal ethics evaluation. She didn't build NursesOutLoud and Righteous RN because she had a business plan. She built them because she needed what didn't exist — ethics education written by a nurse who had actually been in the room where it mattered.
"The Code of Ethics should guide the nurse like the Bible guides the believer — both are living, breathing documents.' That conviction is woven into everything she has created — including these four resources.

THIS IS THE NEW ERA OF ETHICAL NURSING.
We are the victims of the system.
We are the voice within it — and the conscience of it.
